In addition to adding four new destinations, the schedule calls for significant frequency increases on already-existing routes, which accounts for a 60% increase in flights from the airline's hub in Muscat over the previous year. As a result, Oman Air's network will offer roughly 60,000 additional seats per week to the market, enhancing convenience and connectivity for visitors.
Four-weekly flights from Muscat to Chittagong will begin in March, four-weekly flights from Muscat to the Maldives will begin in June, twelve-weekly flights from Muscat to Lucknow will begin in August, and five-weekly flights will begin between Muscat and Thiruvananthapuram in March.
The expanded network and schedule for 2023 show Oman Air's ongoing initiatives to support the Sultanate of Oman's economy while also showcasing its desire to expand its global presence through its award-winning services and products, as well as its distinctive Omani hospitality both in the air and on the ground.
